About me

PublicationsNEWS

I received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of L’Aquila (Italy) in 2010 and 2012, respectively, and the European Doctorate degree in Information Science and Engineering in 2016 from the University of L’Aquila, in collaboration with CentraleSupélec, Paris-Saclay University (France).
After some Post-doctoral positions at Efficacity Research and Development Center (France), University of L’Aquila (Italy), University of California at Berkeley (USA) and CentraleSupélec (France), I am currently a CNRS researcher at L2S, CentraleSupélec.

My research is focused on analysis and control of linear, nonlinear and hybrid systems over communication networks, with application to energy systems and traffic control. Topics of current interest are:
– Control and management methods for MicroGrids dedicated to distributed generation integration;
– Analysis of the interconnections among several AC and DC MicroGrids with the main AC grid;
– Optimal Management of Hybrid Energy Storage Systems for Energy Market participation;
– Predictive control strategies for managing congestion on power transmission networks;
– Adaptive Cruise Control for Autonomous Vehicles.
